Togglemode
Togglemode controls what will happen when the user name on the reg screen is left-clicked.
"tri-state" selects a toggle order of red (absent)/green (present)/blue (sit out)
"quad-state" selects a toggle order of red (absent)/green (present)/blue (sit out)/light green (must dance)
Note: The toggle behaviour that occurs when scanning a dancer barcode is not influenced by this setting, the scanner will always use tri-state mode.
