Show red outs
The show red outs setting applies only to dances with alternating programs.
When dancing the higher program of an alternating program dance, all dancers that cannot dance that program will be forced to sit out; we call this a "red out".
If this option is set, "red out" dancers will be listed with an Out on the dancer display, if the option is unset, they will be omitted completely.
It is useful to leave these dancers out, because else the dancers will easily not fit on the screen any more due to may "red outs".
